Featured Brand: Camp Chow
To date Camp Chow is a company of 2 and 1/2 people. Sarah started the company at the Trail Center Lodge on the Gunflint Trail with her longtime friend, Durae, and her sister Anna helps occasionally. A love of cooking and being surrounded by the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW) sparked their interest in creating a line of outdoor adventure foods. Here are some of our favorite things about Camp Chow meals:

Donate meals for kids and elders.
Sarah has supported the non-profit 501(c)(3) organization One Spirit by partnering to donate meals. One Spirit is an all-volunteer worldwide group that seeks to help the Oglala Lakota tribe of Native Americans achieve happier, healthier lives, within the context of their remarkable and unique history and culture.
One Spirit works in partnership with the citizens of Pine Ridge Reservation to fulfill their vision of a self-sufficient and independent future. Their programs are dedicated to providing the tools and employment to bring healthy food, fuel, and cultural support to a tribe that suffers severe nutritional shortages in a food desert, lacks employment opportunities (almost 90% unemployment), and facilities to support children and the elderly culturally and in providing better living circumstances.
On September 27th, 2011 the Tribal Council of the Oglala Sioux Tribe unanimously voted to formally recognize and support One Spirit and the One Spirit programs.
